Privacy policy

What data we collect when you message us on Telegram or fill in the application, why, and what your rights are.

Updated: 9 October 2026

01

Data controller

Your data is controlled by David Liebrin («OnlyWork»).

Data contact: davidliebrin@gmail.com or the manager @onlyworkonline01 on Telegram.

02

What we collect

When you message the OnlyWork bot or fill in the application on Telegram: your Telegram ID and username, name, age, city, phone model, and your answers about experience, English, whether you hold a valid ID (yes/no only — we do not collect scans), equipment, a place to film and available time.

The application also asks what content you are open to and about your limits. These answers may concern your sex life, so we process them only on the basis of your explicit consent.

The website does not collect data through forms. On public pages, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 load when the page opens to measure traffic. Analytics cookies may be set, and Google may process technical data such as your IP address, browser and pages visited. The Telegram application does not use these tools. The hosting provider keeps technical server logs for security.

03

Purpose and legal basis

Reviewing your application and contacting you — at your request before a possible contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and on the basis of consent (art. 6(1)(a)).

Answers about content and limits — on the basis of explicit consent (GDPR art. 9(2)(a)).

After the first step, the manager sees your name and Telegram, so they can reach you if you stop halfway (art. 6(1)(b)).

Replying to a message you send the bot — our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)).

Measuring traffic on public pages with Google Analytics — to produce website usage statistics.

04

Who receives the data

Applications go to a private OnlyWork team group on Telegram. We use Telegram (messaging) and Vercel Inc. (website and form hosting; transfer to the US under standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Google LLC provides the measurement tools. Analytics data may be processed outside the European Economic Area.

We do not sell data and do not pass it to another agency or brand without your separate consent.

05

How long we keep it

If we do not start working together, we keep the application for one year from the date it is submitted — or less if you withdraw consent or ask us to delete your data. If we start working together, we keep the data for the duration of the cooperation and as long as the law requires.

06

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing before the withdrawal.

Write to davidliebrin@gmail.com or @onlyworkonline01. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).

07

Other

Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot review an application without it. We make no automated decisions.

We accept applications from adults only. If we learn that someone under 18 has applied, we delete their data.
